Terms and Conditions

Booking:

- It's mandatory and must be done electronically (email) or by phone.

- The required data are: name, surname, email and cell phone.

- The data will be processed in accordance with the (Italian) regulations in force.

- More than one participant: name and surname of each person indicating the possible presence of children or animals present.

- All group tours have a limited number of participants (see tour description).

- Individual accompaniments will be handled according to the type of excursion directly with the person in charge.

- Payment: on site

Reservation cancellation:

- Notify the person responsible 48 hours before the tour.

Tour cancellation:

- Unfavorable weather conditions or causes of force majeure.

- Participants will be notified 48 hours before the tour.

Meeting locations and times:

- They are indicated in the description of each excursion and carried out with their own means.

- Any change of location or time will be quickly communicated to each participant.

- It's advisable to arrive 20 minutes in advance; in case of delay, notify the person responsible.

Participant eligibility:

- In good health and with adequate physical preparation and experience for the level of the excursion (control excursion description).

- Inform the person responsible about the use of “life-saving” or compatible medications.

Behavior of participants:

- Respect people and the environment.

- Be kind, selfless and responsible.

- Use common sense and good humor.

- Follow the path indicated and established by the Guide without preceding it.

- Don't walk away or leave the group.

- Cooperate with the Guide.

- Notify the Guide of any problems during the activity.

- Store and dispose of your waste in suitable places at the end of the tour.

- Avoid risky behavior.

- Don't take personal initiatives without the specific consent of the Guide.

- Each participant is closely responsible for their own safety and that of others.

- Voluntary abandonment exempts the Guide from any responsibility.

Participant Exclusion:

The Guide assumes the right to exclude anyone who presents themselves:

- In psychophysical conditions not allowed.

- Inappropriate clothing and equipment for the tour (indicated in the description of each tour).

- Don't accept or respect the deliberations conducted by the Guide during the tour.

Itinerary modification

- The Guide can determine at any time to change the program and itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Under 18 years old

- Only if accompanied by a parent or an adult bearing any statement authorizing their participation.

Dogs

- Obligation to communicate the Guide.

- Mandatory the use of leash.

- The responsibility is the owner's sole and exclusive responsibility..

Photos and videos

- Anyone who doesn't want to be photographed or filmed during the tour must notify the Guide before the start the excursion

- Minors will not be recognized.

- Participation in the tour includes consent to the publication of photos and videos for your own promotional purposes on public and/or private domain sites.

Accident Insurance:

- Each guide has Third Party Liability Insurance (RCT) of up to a maximum of €5,000,000.

- The insurance isn't valid for transfers or trips made by its own, outsourced, private or public means.
